The strong point of this B&B is the ideal location in front of Spanish Steps. The owner is very helpful and does all he can to please his clients. He also helped us with the late transfer from the airport and waited for us even ad midnight for check-in.

It's a pity that there is no breakfast room. Breakfast is only served in the room (=in bed). Bathroom is very small.

Central situation, a lot of interesting and good restaurants in the neighbourhood, safe with double entrance, very quiet though near Piazza di Spagna, interesting familyroom with 1 bathroom but two seperate rooms

A slice of tasty en fresh italian bread would perhaps be better than the greasy croissants.

Location of the Domus was good. Bruno was very helpful and gave us excellent tips on where to go and what to do during our short stay in Rome.

Bathroom was too small, we would have preferred a proper dining area to have our breakfast, tv was very difficult to work, there isnt anyone at "reception" all the time so you will have to call Bruno everytime you need something. Bruno was always very nice and this made us feel a little bad about having to trouble Bruno too often. I would recommend users check the mini bar charges as we were told by Bruno our usage was on the house however we were charged at check out by another employee. We didn't make an issue about this as we were happy to pay anyway.

Bruno, Orit & Larry made our stay at Domus Borgognona absolutely wonderful. They are very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. This elegant b&b comprises of 4 luxury rooms, which are beautifully decorated, very clean and superbly located just outside the Spanish Steps & parallel to Via Condotti. Usually, my Roman experiences consist of hotels that are very expensive, far too small and old but Domus Borgognona are neither of those & exactly what I was looking for to spend time in Rome. Highly recommended!

The Blue Room has intermittent Wifi, the connection is not very strong.

The hotel has charming, classic rooms. Very well located near to the Spanish Steps. The personnel service is immaculate. They pro-actively offer to pick you up from the airport, and do everything to accomodate you.

Sure they have no breakfast room, but as we know that, just enjoy the nice breakfast they serve in the room. There is really no negatives to the place.

Good small hotel. Internet ready. We have two room in one unit. Clean! Tidy and well decorated. Very close the Spanish sqaure, very convenient! Bruno the owner very responsive to email, so that we can fix more schedule before we are there. This is one of the few mail I recieved from this trip in which I booked more than 10 hotels from Booked.net.

One of the TV is faulty. Shower too weak. We do not like the breakfast in the bed, as the bed is so beautiful. Hard to imagine what happen to the previous client eating on the same bed! Also not big enough tables. No view. Small lift. 3 person every time. Small bathroom!

Words can't describe how special Bruno and his team made this vacation for my husband and I. This hotel is truly a hidden treasure, tucked away right in the heart of Rome.

1) Owner of the hotel, Bruno, is a very kind and supportive person. He greeted us very warmly and advised in a very detail what we could visit in time we had (even with drawing suggested route on map of Rome) 2) Location is perfect, very close (3 min walk) to Spanish Steps and metro station 3) Simple, but delicious breakfests (with warm crossaints), served to the room at time requested by guest 4) Very nice decoration of the rooms, the building is also stylish 5) Overall impression very positive, we will for sure stay in this hotel next time we visit Rome and we fully recommend it

Nothing, great place to stay

Excellent position just round the corner from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of Trevi, Piazza Navona, etc. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, even though small for U.S. standards, but we were upgraded to a 2-room suite with the compliments of Sig. Bruno who is a paragon of hospitality and professionalism at the same time. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Rome.

Bruno was lovely. Domus Borgognona is a convenient and lovely guest house. Not super fancy, but charming, clean, comfortable, safe and very friendly, helpful staff. I would stay there again. -- From a picky New Yorker
